UltraSlim Reduces Serum Triglycerides and Glucose
In 2019, Drs. Olaf and Ruth Rustad performed blood chemistry studies on 21 of their UltraSlim patients at their three Advanced Dermatology Care locations in the Minneapolis area. Their research examined 380 blood draws to understand how the liberated fat is voided from the body.
With patients losing an average of 1580cc of fat at a 32-minute treatment, researchers expected a spike in serum triglycerides. However, triglycerides declined 5% from day 1 to day 2 and ended with a 2.5% decrease on average. Glucose declined 3.4% overall.
